Hi, I’m Weiyang, the founder of Chez Shao Properties, where my passion for design, hospitality, and real estate come to life. My journey began in the corporate world, where I spent over 10 successful years building a career in finance and accounting. While I thrived in the structured environment, I couldn’t ignore my creative drive and entrepreneurial spirit calling me to build something of my own.
In 2018, I took the leap into real estate investing, starting with rental properties and quickly discovering my talent for transforming spaces. I managed property renovations as the contractor, designer, and project manager, honing my skills and cultivating my vision for creating homes that feel like an experience.
By 2022, I had established Chez Shao Properties, combining my love for design and hospitality into a brand dedicated to creating unique short-term rentals. From acquiring and renovating properties to curating one-of-a-kind interiors, my focus has always been on delivering spaces that inspire comfort, creativity, and joy for my guests.
